Teacher notes:

l        Me-bag: If students forget to bring their Me-bags, they can use everyday bags such as pencil cases or backpacks. Students can still participate, sharing information about the contents of their bags or pockets.
l        Self-Assessed Conversation (1): As in Part I, students estimate their oral conversation skills before using the oral assessment criteria on pages 272, 273. This is an important session, since it introduces students to oral assessment criteria, which they can use in observing their own conversation skills. Awareness of these criteria is important for the students, as they take on responsibility for learning. Extra Self/Peer-Assessment charts are on pages 269 - 271 of the Student Workbook.
