The Korean morning is getting busier and busier. As the books the have a message about morning people become the bestsellers, more and more people get up in the early morning and prepare their day and give themselves some leeway.

Park, Hyesun, working for Epson Company, said that her life has changed since she started waking up 4 a.m. Taking a walk with her father around her house, she leaves for the office at 5:30 a.m. by subway. She can afford to read a book on her way since she starts so early and she can take a seat.  Before business hours starting, she studies English and prepares for each day calmly.  "My life came to be regular and I got healthier than before," said she. And she said proudly, "It used to be hard for me to read 10 books in a year, however, I have read more than 10 books in the subway for last 2 months."

In the case of Woolim Constuction Com., 60 employees among 180 working in the headquarter of the company get up 4 to 5 a.m. Some of them are at the office around 6 a.m. and study foreign languages or read books. All of them agree that their life patterns have changed and they spend a day more efficiently and fruitfully, comparing before.

These days, foreign language institutes, fitness centers and swimming pools are prosperous due to increasing appearance of morning people.
