  1. Move the left leg to the left, face forwards, raise boths arms to the sides (shoulder high), turn your head to the left, and breathe in.
  2. Bing the right leg (bent at the knee) over the left knee, placeing the right foot on the ground (picture). As you do this, arms describe a circle from the elbows, and come down as in the picture. Note the fists. Still breathing in.
  3. Reverse the movements to regain the original position. Breathe out.
  4. Repeat movements 2 & 3 to the right.
  5. Repeat movements 2 - 4.
