upright, facing forward, with hands by your sides.

Turn
90 degrees to the left, raising arms and hands at the same time (picture),
finally holding them in a "W" shape, bent at the elbows,
with the palms horizontal, similar to a waiter holding a tray.

in while doing this.

Turn
to the front, holding the arms in the "W" position, finally
bringing them down in front of the body, palsm facing forward.

Breathe
out while doing this.
