In a graceful, continuous action, turn the body back to the left, as the left hand is raised, and the right hand follows, lower (picture - left). At the same time, shift your weight onto the (bent) left leg, raise the right leg, cross it over the left leg and put it on the floor, with your weight on both legs. The left knee does not touch the floor. Begin breathing out as the right leg crosses over. Continue turning the torso to the left, and with the arms, describe the shape of a window, left hand at the top left corner, and right hand at the bottom right corner. Look through the window at the moon, as you breathe out. Reverse the actions to come to the original position and then to perform the same to the right. Repeat the whole action 4 times. |
