The quiet, relaxed, continuous movements need concentration to perform well. Try to be as graceful as you can, as if dancing.

  • At the end of movement 6, return to the original position, feet together, hands by your sides. Start breathing in and move your arms in a wide circle to your sides, finally coming into the body as in the picture.Slowly turn 45 degrees to the left as you do this.
  • Move the hands through and under the shoulders, as your left leg raises and extends (see movement 2), coming down heel first in front of you.
  • Rock onto the left foot, as the hands push out behind you and make a horizontal circle, coming together in front of you (picture, below - note the position of the hands).

Start breathing out, and rock back onto the right leg, bringing the hands into the body as in the first picture.
Repeat the actions from here, performing 4 to the left, and then 4 to the right.
