Imagine rinsing the mouth with water. Suck the cheeks in and then push them out, quite quickly, for about 10 seconds. Return to the original position. |

Bring legs together, stand erect, hands at your sides. Bring hands to the front, left hand below the navel, and right on top of the left. |

Finally, the greeting. This is performed at the beginning and end of each Gi-practice session. Stand erect, left hand on the stomach (below the navel), and right hand raised in peace. |
