Cleaning the mouth

Imagine rinsing the mouth with water. Suck the cheeks in and then push them out, quite quickly, for about 10 seconds.

Return to the original position.

Bring legs together, stand erect, hands at your sides.

Bring hands to the front, left hand below the navel, and right on top of the left.

 

Finally, the greeting. This is performed at the beginning and end of each Gi-practice session.

Stand erect, left hand on the stomach (below the navel), and right hand raised in peace.
