  1. Move the left leg out to the left, keep facing ahead, and raise both arms (in a circular, backwards motion) to the sides (shoulder high). Turn your head to face left and bring the right leg together with the left. Start breathing in.
  2. Rotate the arms from the elbows, and then shake the hands (loose from the wrists) as in the picture. Breathe out.
  3. Describing a backward (graceful) circle with the arms, repeat movements #1 & 2 to the right.
  4. Repeat the whole sequence twice.
