The large elephant washes its trunk

  1. Raise both arms to the front, with palms facing outwards (the backs of the hands are touching each other). This is the elephant's trunk.Start breathing in.
  2. With the arms still extended, move the left leg to the left (bent knees), and then move the right leg to the left, in the same manner. Legs are together again in a new location.
  3. Bend the elbows and bring your hands to your neck, elbows by your sides. Rotate the elbows back, up, front, down. Keep your hands just below the neck. Start breathing out.
  4. Move the right leg back to its original position, followed by the left leg. Describe a circle at the same time with the arms and hands (picture). Breathe out.
  5. Perform the same movements to the right.
  6. Repeat the whole sequence twice.
