Move the hand round the back of the head, then slowly extend, plam facing away from the body, as if pushing (picture, left). The head gradually faces to the right. When the arm is fully extended, sloely bring the fingers into a fist (starting with the little finger) and bring the right hand to the waist, in a similar position to the left hand. Head faces forward. Repeat the actions with the left arm and hand. Perform the entire movement twice. |
