  1. At the end of the first movement, the left hand rotates forwards and forms a fist (picture below, right). The right hand also rotates forwards, but opens, palm facing upwards. Head faces left.
  2. The right hand moves diagonally up the torso, to the left shoulder (picture, left). When it reaches the shoulder it rotates 180 degrees so that the back of the hand is facing the left cheek. The arm then raises above the head, and the hand moves to the back of the head, turning so that the palm faces the back of the head

Move the hand round the back of the head, then slowly extend, plam facing away from the body, as if pushing (picture, left). The head gradually faces to the right.

When the arm is fully extended, sloely bring the fingers into a fist (starting with the little finger) and bring the right hand to the waist, in a similar position to the left hand. Head faces forward.

Repeat the actions with the left arm and hand.

Perform the entire movement twice.
