  1. Return to the original position, with hands at the waist, in loose fists, legs together.
  2. Open the left hand and move it backwards in a circle, back, up, forward, then in front of the chest, reaching the right chest, palm facing forward. Breathe in.
  3. Rotate the left hand so that the palm faces the right chest, and mov the hand down the torso, doen the right leg, and over the toes (picture), coming up the left leg and returning to the waist in the original position. Breathe out.
  4. Repeat the movement to the right.
  5. Repeat to the left and right again.
  6. At the end of the final movement, let the left hand move down to the left knee, as the right hand moves up to the right knee. Both palms rest on knees.
