  1. Facing forward, hands still in fists at the waist, move the left leg out to the left, raise both arms and turn to the left, leaving the right foot on the ground (picture). Breathe in during this motion. Note the shape and position of the arms and hands.
  2. Come back to the original position. Breathe out.
  3. Repeat the movement to the right.
  4. Repeat to the left and right again.
