  1. At the end of the fourth movement, palms rest on the knees.
  2. Bend the knees (picture), keeping the heels on the floor. Note the position of the hands and arms.
  3. Hands still on knees, knees describe a horizontal semi-circle (left knee to the left then back, right knee to the right then back). As they come together, straighten the legs (hands still on knees).
  4. Perform 4 times in total.
  5. Perform 4 times again, but reversing the semi-circle.
  6. Bend the knees, and move knees together in a full horizontal circle: left, forward, right, back.
  7. Perform twice.
  8. Repeat twice in the opposite direction.
  9. Return to the original position.
